Customer Service Excellence Award
Store #042, located at Peninsular Plaza Singapore, was one the first 50 stores opened in the early days and has been in operation for more than 30 years. The store operations have been helmed by numerous team members over the years.
The current team brought the store to its current prominence in customer service excellence. Apart from their excellent handling of the daily store operations, these team members have continuously received numerous compliments from members of the public over the years. The past years have allowed the team members to gel as a strong unit that delivers excellent customer service and an enhanced shopping experience for its customers.
In 2017 alone, Store #042 received 20 feedbacks from customers who complimented them on their excellent customer service. The team was also recognised by 7-Eleven’s senior management for their outstanding efforts in returning US$900 to a customer who had dropped the cash in the store. They are certainly a shining example of customer service excellence that all stores’ team members aspire to.
