Conceptualised by Singapore’s TungLok Group, Dancing Crab is a Louisiana-style eatery that proffers a casual, lively, and vibrant atmosphere, where diners tuck in to an array of shellfish decked out on the table sans plates and cutlery. The restaurant dishes up a mix of robust, country-style Cajun seafood with the richness of Creole cuisine, boasting a menu that revolves around classic seafood delicacies selected from the heart of Louisiana, complemented with seafood dishes from other regions in the United States.
Seafood combos make up the star attractions on the menu, featuring mixed bags of Sri Lankan crab, Dungeness crab, lobster, prawns, clams, mussels, sausages, potatoes and corn. The combos are served with a choice of sauces that include Dancing Crab’s signature sauce, beurre blanc, or zesty garlic butter. Numerous sides, classics and desserts constitute the rest of the menu, plus a premium selection of cocktails and imported beers.
